The Porter is responsible for maintaining the guest and employee restrooms as well as general cleanliness of the front of the house and back of the house areas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Use cleaning supplies and equipment to keep guest and employee restrooms looking clean and professional, ensuring that toilet paper, soap, paper towels, and other necessary items are kept stocked.

· Responds to requests from Manager and Chefs quickly.

· Adhere to the company’s safety policies to create a safe environment for our guests and fellow employees.

· Maintain the dining room and patio floors clean and clear from debris and spills.

· May perform other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience:

GED or High School diploma or equivalent and one year working in a customer experience or hospitality role; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to make timely and sound decisions. Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at several organizational levels.
