Role and Responsibilities

· Assist with the flow of interior jobs from beginning to end

· Processing all paperwork related to the jobs

· Ordering materials

· Getting permits

· Scheduling jobs and services

· Updating lead times

· Managing production issues and delays

· Creating job packets

· Billing customers and sending out warranties

· Communicating with installers, customers, and sales staff through phone calls, text, emails, and in person communication

· Entering of data and information into all applicable information systems

Qualifications and Education Requirements

· High School Diploma/GED

· Strong attention to detail

· Excellent, timely, and professional communication skills

· Familiarity with Minnesota and Wisconsin construction codes preferred

· History of submitting building permits preferred

· Knowledge of kitchen, bath, tile, and flooring installation is preferred

• home improvement/construction: 1 year (Preferred)
