Position Summary:

The Department of School Psychology in the College of Education and Behavioral Sciences at the University of Northern Colorado is seeking a Post Doctoral Fellow (Assistant Professor, etc.) with expertise in Trauma-Informed Practice. Post-doctoralemployees are hired in the exempt administrative classification for one-yearassignments which can be renewed on an annual basis up to a total of five years.

Job Duties:

This individual will provide supports and supervision for students in our Culturally Responsive School Psychology grant track. Additionally, post doc will be a project manager for a multi-million dollar grants. As a grant manager, this individual will manage recruitment, budgets, placements, and will work with PIs on collecting data and writing grant reports. The post-doctoral fellow will also have the opportunity to work in the UNC Psychological Services Clinic to gain hours towards the license as a psychologist under diverse faculty at UNC. Fellow will also teach some of the courses offered to the students in the school psychology program. Fellow will be able to contribute to future publications and grant submissions. This role will be a focus on clinical-research position with the opportunity to teach graduate level students while gaining hours towards licensure.

Minimum Qualifications:

PHD in School Psychology

Preferred Qualifications:

Fluent in English and Spanish, experience with grant administration, experience working with school districts with diverse school populations. Understanding of rural barriers and facilitators of school-based mental health, culturally responsive mental health, and trauma-informed care.
