**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data into our computer and physical file systems. Postion requires a high level of organizational skills, Microsoft Office program skills, communication skills with customers via phone and email as well as suppliers, and ability to muiltitask.

**Duties:**

- Perform data entry tasks efficiently and accurately

- Computerize and update customer accounts & physical files with a high level of attention to detail

- Enter orders and information into the system promptly

- Transcribe information from various sources into electronic format

- Utilize Excel and other office software for data entry tasks

- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

- Type documents, reports, and correspondence as needed

**Experience:**

- Proficiency in data entry processes and systems

- Basic math skills for numerical data entry

- Familiarity with order entry procedures

- Ability to transcribe information accurately

- Competency in Microsoft Excel and other office software

- Strong typing skills

-Strong communication skills

-Strong organization skills
