Responsibilities:

· Diagnose and repair issues related to agricultural and construction equipment.

· Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment is reliable and ready to work.

· Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic systems.

· Prepare and turn in work orders.

· Participate in technical training.

· Observe and follow all safety procedures.

· Work independently and as part of a team.

· Provide excellent customer service and support, offering clear explanations and maintenance advice.

Qualifications/Requirements:

· Mechanical knowledge of small and large agricultural and construction equipment including diesel.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and detail oriented

· Strong communication and customer service skills

· Valid Driver’s License

· Ability to lift and handle heavy loads
