Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently process reservations booked via phone calls, emails, online platforms, and other systems.
- Assist clients in planning and coordinating their ground transportation needs.
- Collaborate with coworkers, managers, and drivers to address and resolve issues as they arise.
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
- Patience and adeptness in working with clients.
- Ability to multitask, such as entering data while engaging in phone conversations.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
