DISPATCHER
BLS, a leader in the ground transportation industry across the USA is seeking to hire Dispatchers to be based at our Operations Center in FAYETTEVILLE, GA 30214
Available Shifts:
SPOT 1: 0700 to 1500 – Off Days would be Monday and Tuesday
SPOT 2: 0800 to 1600 – Off Days would be Tuesday and Wednesday
SPOT 3: 1500 to 2300 – Off Days would be Monday and Tuesday
SPOT 4: 1500 to 2300 – Off Days would be Wednesday and Thursday
SPOT 5: 2300 to 0700 – Off Days would be Tuesday and Wednesday
Dispatcher Responsibilities include:
- Assigning reservations to Chauffeurs.
- Maintaining contact with Chauffeurs to ensure the delivery of superior customer service.
- Monitoring flight schedules, airports activities and traffic conditions.
The ideal Dispatcher applicant will possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities:
- Great organizational skills with an eye for details.
- Excellent speaking, writing and listening skills.
- Ability to build rapport with Drivers over the phone or by e-mail quickly.
- Call Center (inbound or outbound) and / or retail customer service experience.
