Job Description:

As a Transportation Aide, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Escorting residents from their assigned rooms to vehicles and appointments in a smooth and efficient manner.
2. Reporting any incidents, accidents, changes in residents' conditions, requests, problems, or complaints to your supervisor.
3. Performing any other job duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you must meet the following qualifications:

• Must possess a valid, unencumbered C.N.A. license in the State of Connecticut.
• Prior experience in transporting residents for a hospital or nursing home is preferred.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding the English language.
• Ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the public.
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
