Job Summary:

The Blossoms at Midtown Rehab & Nursing Center is looking for a full-time Infection

Preventionist/Medical Records responsible for identifying, preventing, and controlling

infections and associated risks within our facility. Your primary responsibilities will be to

implement and monitor infection prevention measures, conduct staff training, and manage

facility medical records. This role requires strong organizational and analytical skills, coupled

with a commitment to promoting health and wellness.

Responsibilities as an Infection Preventionist/Medical Records:

Oversee and implement infection prevention and control programs.

Provide education and training to staff on infection control measures.

Review and analysis of infection data, trends, and risk assessments.

Maintain accurate and timely medical records for the facility.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the health and safety of residents and

staff.

Abide by state and federal regulations for infection control and medical records.

Qualifications:

Must be a certified Infection Preventionist or willing to complete certification.

Proven experience in Infection Control and Medical Records.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Passionate about promoting health and wellness.
