We have an immediate need for a Memory Care Director.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provides organizational structure and ensure effective and efficient operations within
  the memory care department.
• Implements a structured, daily activity program that is appropriate for persons with
  Alzheimer's Disease.
• Assist with care planning.

Education/Experience/ Licensure/Certification

• RN preferred; LVN with experience
• 2 years of experience with the Geriatric population
• Knowledge of Alzheimer Disease and related memory impairments
• CPR, First Aid
