We have an immediate need for a Director of Facility Management at (name of community) at (name of city &state).

Primary Responsibilities:

• Maintenance and repair of building and grounds.
• Management and supervision of housekeeping department and waste management.
• Assist with emergency preparedness and situations involving mandatory evacuations.
• Education/Experience/Licensure/Certification

High School Diploma/GED Equivalent

• Working knowledge of OSHA compliance and laws
• Construction experience in coordinating building repairs.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record
