Schedule offered:
- Every other weekend off 2p-10p
Responsibilities:
- Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures
- Prepare examination rooms and ensure they are clean and stocked with necessary supplies
- Take patient vital signs, record medical history, and update patient records
- Administer medications and injections as directed by healthcare providers
- Perform basic laboratory tests, such as phlebotomy and specimen collection
- Provide patient education and instructions for at-home care
- Assist with medical documentation and record keeping
- Provide catheter care and assist with other medical procedures as needed
- Provide care for patients in hospice, acute care, dementia care, senior care, and assisted living settings
Requirements:
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Experience in a healthcare setting, such as a hospital or clinic
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
