Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join our kitchen team. As a member of our kitchen staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our culinary operations. Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing ingredients for cooking, including washing, chopping, and portioning

- Assisting with food preparation tasks, such as cutting vegetables, meats, and cheeses

- Operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives, slicers, and food processors

- Cooking and assembling menu items according to recipes and specifications

- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces

- Assisting with inventory management and stock rotation

- Following food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times

- Collaborating with other kitchen team members to ensure timely and high-quality service

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a kitchen environment preferred

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

- Food handler's certification or willingness to obtain one
