**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and creating delicious pastries and bread. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.

**Responsibilities:**

- Prepare and bake a wide range of baked goods such as bread, cakes, cookies, and pastries

- Decorate cakes and pastries according to specific designs or customer requests

- Ensure all products are baked and decorated in accordance with company recipes and standards

- Monitor inventory levels of baking ingredients and supplies

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery area

- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience as a Baker or similar role in the food industry

- Knowledge of baking techniques, pastry production, and cake decorating

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Strong understanding of food safety practices and procedures

- Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients effectively

- Experience working in a kitchen environment handling knives and other kitchen tools

- Ability to follow recipes accurately and adapt to changes as needed
