Security Clearance: TS/SCI The Bison Group is seeking an all-source analyst to work on a contract at the NGIC (National Ground Intelligence Center) in Charlottesville, VA. Conduct analysis and production by using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature Duties and Responsibilities:
• Conducts and produces finished intelligence products based on rigorous all-source Identity Intelligence analysis; composes finished intelligence products within standards established by the National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC).
• Provides value-added peer-review of intelligence products produced by colleagues.
• Develops analytic design and research plans; participates in analytic design review meetings; adheres to NGIC production standards
• Experience writing strategic assessments for the Intelligence Community.
• Familiarity with ODNI guidance regarding analysis and assessment production (ICD 203, 206, & 208)
• Demonstrates ability to communicate complex issues clearly in a concise and organized manner both verbally and non-verbally; with strong grammar skills.
• Demonstrates mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies and pursue developments in academia or other fields that affect tradecraft methodology. • Demonstrates ability to define comprehensive, new, or unique research approaches that enable rigorous assessments to address and contribute to high-level tasks. Requirements:
• Active DoD TS/SCI security clearance
• Demonstrates ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution.
• Demonstrates ability to lead teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems. Provides guidance in selecting, designing, and applying analytic methodologies. Uses argument evaluation and validated analytic methodologies to challenge differing perspectives
