Description of Duties for Players Club Representative:

• Interacts effectively with a diverse group of guests and team members, learns and uses operating practices of the department.
• Greets guests with professionalism and a friendly smile.
• Handles Players Club enrollment, account balance inquiries and explanation of programs and events.
• Is responsible for data entry of new Player’s Club cards for enrollees.
• Distributes promotional items per instructions.
• Assists marketing staff on special promotions when necessary.
• When unable to handle a complaint, calls supervisor or shift manager in order to resolve issues in a professional manner.
• Solicits guest feedback by direct interaction.
• Acts immediately on any guest complaint to ensure that corrections are made.
• Maintains confidentiality of guest and company information.
• Uses sound judgment and makes good decisions in accordance with established comp guidelines.
• Fully complies with all applicable rules, regulations, laws and policies, and conducts themselves with highest levels of integrity and honesty.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Work Requirements for Players Club Representative:

• High School Diploma.
• 2 years of previous customer service or hospitality experience. Casino experience preferred.
• Must be able to obtain the appropriate state occupational license.
• Must have strong customer service abilities.
• Must be able to work with the team.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 39 per week
