The Berkeley Carroll School is Hiring a Middle School Mathematics Teacher 2024-2025 Near Park, NY
Berkeley Carroll is a Pre-K through grade 12 college preparatory school of 1000 students located in the Park Slope section of New York City. Our vibrant intellectual community draws students from all over the city. Admission to the school is competitive, and both our parents/guardians and students value achievement and community.
The Berkeley Carroll Middle School seeks an inspirational and passionate math teacher for a full-time position for the 2024-2025 school year. Curiosity, resilience, discernment, empathy, and an abiding interest in the special qualities of middle schoolers-as well as direct teaching experience with this age group-are essential. Our middle school covers grades five through eight, experience with these age levels is essential. Duties would also include serving as a middle school advisor. Familiarity with Math Counts or coaching math team is a plus.
