Overview
We are seeking a Bilingual Administrative Assistant for assignment in The Villages, Florida. The selected candidate will perform a wide variety of administrative and staff project support services between 2 project sites.
Hours are Monday - Friday, 7 : 00am - 4 : 00pm
Candidates must be bilingual in spanish
This position has a pay rate of $15 - $16 / hr
Responsibilities
- Provide front-desk coverage to two different office locations; Must be able to travel between the two
- Manage incoming calls, greet guests as they enter the office, and maintain an organized, clean office environment
- Pickup incoming mail from offsite location; organize and distribute incoming / outgoing mail and shipments
- Assist with scheduling team meetings in the office, off-site, and via Microsoft Teams
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from managers
- Assist new hires with their initial onboarding, including first day training
- Assist with internal event planning activities
- Perform other duties as required
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- A valid Drivers License
- Bilingual in spanish
- 3 years of office clerical experience
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams)
