Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pest Control Technician to join our team. As a Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting properties, identifying pest issues, and implementing effective pest control solutions. This is a full-time position that requires driving to various locations.

Responsibilities:

_ Ability to travel to Customers in Phoenix and surrounding areas
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest issues
- Determine the type of pests present and the extent of the infestation
- Develop and implement customized pest control plans based on the specific needs of each property
- Apply appropriate organic pest control to eliminate pests safely and effectively
- Provide recommendations to prevent future pest infestations
- Communicate with customers to explain treatment plans and answer any questions or concerns
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and complete necessary paperwork
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times

Requirements:

- Own a truck

- Comfortable around bees, ability to remove live bees from structures and perform necessary repairs
- Previous experience in pest control or related field is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of lawn care, farm machinery, or landscape maintenance is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools
