Real Estate Sales Agent Responsibilities:

• Follow-up with leads for increased sales.
• Nurture client relationships to generate more sales.
• Conduct buyer and seller consultations to understand their needs and preferences, then show relevant properties.
• Organize open houses to promote agency listings.
• Oversee the entire process from property listing to closing, ensuring a quick and seamless transaction.
• Attract prospective clients to drive new business.
• Possess local knowledge of the community, market conditions, and property details.

Real Estate Sales Agent Qualifications:

• Preferred past sales experience.
• Tech-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Self-motivation and drive.
• Show good organizational and time management skills.

Pay: $48,226.91 - $196,492.21 per year
