Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Operations Manager to join our team in East Windsor, CT. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations and ensuring an excellent food delivery experience.

This includes managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, developing and implementing policies and procedures, maintaining inventory and supplies, and collaborating with other managers to achieve business goals such as increasing sales and revenue and maintaining a high level of employee engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Manage food and beverage operations
  • Create and maintain a system of processes and procedures
  • Create and maintain a food and beverage budget
  • Lead team in providing exceptional customer service
  • Create menus while taking into account budget, customer demands, and availability of ingredients
  • Maintain adherence to all state regulations concerning food and alcohol services
  • Hire, train, and manage staff
  • Establish goals and KPIs
  • Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations
  • Provide sales and productivity reports to upper management

Qualifications

  • High school diploma / GED
  • Previous culinary experience
  • Certification from culinary school preferred
  • ServSafe Certification mandatory before starting
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, restaurant management software, and POS software
  • Knowledge of culinary techniques and recipes
  • Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
