**Job Description: Infant Toddler "Mommy and Me" Teacher – Child Development Specialist and Center Director **

**Position Overview:**

The Infant Toddler "Mommy and Me" Teacher is responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for infants and toddlers, along with their caregivers (parents, guardians, or caregivers). This role involves facilitating developmental activities, fostering social interaction, and providing support and guidance to both children and their adult partners. The teacher plays a crucial role in promoting early childhood development and building strong parent-child relationships during these formative years.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Curriculum Development:**

- Implement age-appropriate and engaging curriculum activities that promote cognitive, physical, emotional, and social development for infants and toddlers.

- Assist therapist in creating lesson plans that integrate play-based learning, sensory exploration, music, movement, and art into the curriculum.

2. **Parent-Child Interaction:**

- Foster a warm and welcoming environment where caregivers feel comfortable engaging with their children and other parents.

- Encourage positive parent-child interactions through guided activities, discussions, and group experiences.

- Ensure a safe and hygienic environment for infants, toddlers, and caregivers at all times.

- Follow health and safety protocols and maintaining a clean classroom.

6. **Classroom Management:**

- Create a structured yet flexible classroom routine that accommodates the needs of infants and toddlers.

- Manage group dynamics and encourage positive behavior among children and caregivers.

7. **Professional Development:**

- Stay informed about current best practices and trends in early childhood education through professional development opportunities.

- Collaborate with colleagues to share ideas, resources, and strategies for enhancing the "Mommy and Me" program.

**Qualifications:**
