The Barn at Copper Creek is Hiring a Grounds Maintenance Near Menomonie, WI

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable individual to join our team as a Grounds Maintenance member at our event venue. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of our outdoor event spaces, ensuring that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience. The job would also include general labor around our farm.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness of all outdoor event spaces, including the parking lot, ceremony area, reception area, and any additional designated areas
  • Remove all trash and debris from event spaces and dispose of properly
  • Set up and take down of chairs, tables, and other equipment as needed
  • Maintain flower beds and landscaping as needed, including weeding and mulching
  • General labor around our farm

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some weekend and evening shifts
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in grounds maintenance or custodial work preferred, but not required
  • Ability to operate grounds maintenance equipment, such as lawnmowers and leaf blowers preferred but not required
  • Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy objects
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

This is a part-time position with potential for full-time hours during peak season. If you are a self-motivated individual who takes pride in a job well done, please apply. We look forward to hearing from you!
