We are currently seeking experienced and enthusiastic individuals to join us as Part-Time Doggy Daycare Supervisor.

Position Overview:

As a Part-Time Doggy Daycare Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our Dog Daycare and Boarding Program. This position requires a deep understanding of dog behavior and pack dynamics to ensure a safe and enriching environment for pets and employees alike. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a professional pet care environment and possess excellent leadership and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain staffing levels to ensure a safe ratio of counselors to dogs
• Supervise and support daycare/boarding team members, providing ongoing training and guidance
• Communicate procedures and important information to staff effectively
• Assist with daily duties including daycare activities and pet care tasks
• Capture pet photos for social media opportunities
• Ensure all dogs receive attention, affection, and care throughout their stay

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in a professional pet care environment preferred
• Supervisory experience is a plus
• Positive attitude, outgoing personality, and excellent customer service skills
• Ability to handle and secure dogs physically
• Availability to work weekends and holidays

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
