Summary:
Run the back of the house baking operations; mixing and scooping cookie dough, using ovens and receiving orders and stocking.
Duties and Responsibilities: (Other duties may be assigned.)
1. Mixing cookie dough, paying close attention to The Baked Bear recipes.
2. Scooping and portioning cookie dough.
3. Baking brownies in ovens according to store procedures.
4. Rotates dough properly using the day dot system and keeping freezers organized.
5. Responsible for keeping the back of the shop and surrounding areas clean using proper cleaning procedures.
6. Adheres to all company policies in a professional and timely manner.
7. Puts Sysco food order away when it arrives - FIFO.
8. Applies knowledge of food handling requirements.
9. Possess a food handlers card or attend an in-house food handlers class and pass the test.
10. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. You must be professional, punctual, and demonstrate exceptional adherence to The Baked Bear recipes and procedures.
