Essential Functions:

• Provide direct supervision to the Quality Management Specialists.
• Collaborate with State Directors & local leadership to provide training and support to ensure all offices are adhering to case records and Bair’s model of care compliance requirements.
• Assist with the Council on Accreditation accreditation process.
• Assist with the development of policies and procedures to ensure The Bair Foundation is up-to-date and in compliance with regulations and COA standards.
• Coordinate the tracking of KPI outcomes. When outcomes are not met, conducts a thorough evaluation, and establishes a solution-focused Performance Improvement Plans.
• As needed, develop an advisory team, which may include all levels of staff, to evaluate PQI related processes to ensure they are efficient and effective.
• Provide oversite and follow- up to ensure improvement plan goals are reached.
• Participate in the monthly National PQI meetings.
• Provide an environment which promotes respect for clients, their privacy, and confidentiality that follows HIPAA regulation.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in social services or related field.
• 5 years working with at-risk youth
• At least 2 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Licensure preferred.
