Job Summary

Working as the Director of Wellness you are responsible for planning, organizing, developing, nd directing the overall operation of the nursing department to ensure the highest degree of quality resident care.

• Ability to always deal tactfully and professionally with personnel, residents, family members, visitors and the general public.
• Ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Excellent organizational skills and multi-tasking ability.
• Ability to manage time effectively, and work with numerous interruptions with a high degree of accuracy.
• Reasoning skills that include the ability to understand issues and process information for the purpose of giving and receiving feedback and instructions.
• Knowledge of various computer systems and CRM software
• Compliance and understanding of all federal, state and local regulations.
• Capacity to work evenings and/or weekends and be on-call 24/7.
• Strong passion for seniors.

Qualifications:

• Three to Five years’ experience in long term care
• Maintain a current RN or LPN license in the state
• Proven leadership and management skills
