ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER POSITION - The AUTOGRAPH American Tavern

Our restaurant is looking for an Assistant General Manager to assist in daily operations of the restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for both customers and employees and will be required to manage our staff of up to 35 people. The AUTOGRAPH specializes in giving customers the ultimate experience which stems from its' core team. The perfect candidate must embody The AUTOGRAPH'S philosophy while expressing their work ethic, personality and contributing to the overall team moral.

As an Assistant General Manager, there will be a focus on the overall operation. You will be responsible for training all new team members, working on-on one with employees and handling day to day operations.

• Previous Management experience required (at least 1 year)
• Weekend availability
• Day and Night time availability (The Autograph will operate for both Lunch and Dinner)
• ServeSafe

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
