Sales Position in Sneaker Retail with Growth Opportunities
Our Sales Associates are driven, sociable, and knowledgeable individuals who consistently provide the VIP experience that keeps our customers coming back for more. You will take a hands-on approach to sharpening your leadership skills by working alongside your teams as you manage basic day-to-day operations of the store.

Sales Associates are Responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to every visitor
- Modeling excellence and learning daily
- Handling cash/credit payments
- Performing all other duties as may be assigned
Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge includes:
- GED or HS Diploma (2-4 year college degree a plus)
- Ideally with previous retail experience in customer-facing sales settings
- Flexible full-time schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays
- An interpersonal skill set to bond with co-workers & engage with customers
- A strong work ethic that actively seeks & initiates meaningful changes
- Emergent leadership that motivates & inspires through leading by example
- Superior product and lifestyle knowledge to help identify customer needs
