The Arthur Daniel Agency, Inc. specializes in providing one-on-one direct care services serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities .

We are looking for a Caregiver/HHA for a client located in Monroe, NJ. The individual requires complete care. They require total assistance with wheelchair transfers, eating, bathing, and toileting. The support must be experienced and willing to lift and transfer the client.

The family is looking for a support :

Monday - Friday from 3p-7p

Hours: 20 hours a week

Location: Monroe, NJ

Rate $38/hr

Job Functions/Duties include:

· Providing companionship, taking client on outings and into the community, and assisting with social skills

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years’ recent care giving experience as a Direct Support Professional or similar role: Certified Nurse Assistant, Patient Care Technician, Patient Care Associate, Licensed Practical Nurse or Home Health Aide.
• CPR Certified
• Valid Driver's License
• Provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities or special needs
• Assist with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Administer medication according to prescribed schedules and dosage instructions
• Monitor and document individuals' health status and report any changes or concerns to appropriate personnel
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for individuals
