Position: Pediatric NCCAA Certified Anesthesiology AssistantEmployment Type: Full TimeLocation: Fort Lauderdale, FLSalary: $200,000 - $250,000 Full BenefitsThe ARRA Group, a boutique healthcare recruitment firm, has partnered with our Hospital Client to hire a knowledgeable and caring Pediatric NCCAA Certified Anesthesiology Assistant.The CAA will collaborate with an award-winning surgical team and contribute to a successful surgery, pain management, and critical care medicine outcomes for pediatric patients.Responsibilities:

Provide anesthesia care to pediatric patients under the supervision of a Pediatric Anesthesiologist
Assess the patient's medical history, age-specific needs, medical needs, and requirements for a safe and successful procedure
Administer anesthesia plan with supervising Anesthesiologist
Provide post-anesthesia follow-up and evaluation for PACU discharge
Maintain thorough and accurate electronic medical records and reporting of patient
Foster professional and collaborative interdisciplinary team relationships

Requirements:

Master's Degree from an accredited CAAHEP program
Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant by NCCAA
Current Anesthesiologist Assistant Florida License
CPR, BLS, PALS, ACLS
