Duties

• Greet guests promptly and warmly upon their arrival and guide them to their tables.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring all orders are correct and meet The Armory Speakeasy's high standards.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu, including all specials and promotions.
• Ensure the dining area remains clean and well-organized, adhering to cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately using our POS system.
• Provide professional, courteous, and engaging service to all guests.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as required, preparing the restaurant for service and ensuring everything is in order for the next shift.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Server in a restaurant or bar setting.
• Strong understanding of customer service and hospitality principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact positively with guests.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and handling regulations.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, and to carry heavy trays of food and beverages.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
