The Archer School for Girls is seeking a part-time Technical Theatre Director for the 22-23 school year. Job responsibilities include oversight of all technical aspects of productions and can include opportunities to design based on experience. Archer's production season includes 4 theatrical productions in Archer's Black Box Theater, 2 music concerts in our Amphitheatre and our annual Night of Dance production at Santa Monica College's Broad Stage. A general knowledge of all aspects of production design, including set construction, safety, lighting and projection design is necessary for success in this position. Experience working with middle and upper students is preferred. The technical director must be present for all technical rehearsals and show dates.
