We are a non-profit providing residential and day services for adults with developmental disabilities in Missoula for the past 30 years, that is seeking a LPN to oversee the nursing health care of clients in a medical group home.

Position Summary

Along with direct nursing care, this position is responsible for accurate documentation and charting, medication administration & assessment and communication of clients' status. You will work alongside small team of Direct Support Professionals and a Group Home Manager to ensure the proper care for our clients.

Qualifications:

• Current LPN or RN license in the State of Montana
• One year of experience as an LPN or RN preferred
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, frequently stand and walk, and use proper equipment

Shift Requirement:

• 12 hour shifts - flexible schedule/hours

Major areas of focus:

• Direct nursing care
• Monthly assessments on clients
• Attending client medical appointments
• Medication administration and orders
• Documentation and record keeping
• Teamwork, teaching, and strong communication

Pay Rate:

• LPN $23.36
• RN $29.49
