The Arc Tampa Bay is seeking a detail oriented candiate to join our Administration Team!

As a service coordinator you get to:

• Develop bonds and relationships with families, the individuals we serve, and our staff working direct care.
• Assist team members with learning accurate documentation
• Engage with those on your case load
• Work with an amazing team of people, all focused on the same mission

The ideal candidate will:

• Have working knowledge of Therap.
• Have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products
• Great people and speaking skills.
• Be able to take direction, but also able to independently complete assigned taks.
• Provide training and support to staff and families.
• Have worked for APD or an APD regulated agency.
• Have prior experiecne working or volunteering with the I/DD population
• Have a degree in a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Therap: 1 year (Preferred)
• case management: 1 year (Preferred)
• direct care taking: 1 year (Preferred)
• microsoft office suite: 1 year (Preferred)
• working for an APD regulated agency: 1 year (Preferred)
• APD iConnect: 1 year (Preferred)
