The Arc Southwest Indiana is currently looking for Direct Support Professionals (DSP’s) to work one-to-one with adults with developmental disabilities. DSP’s support our individuals with daily living skills including budgeting, meal prep, housekeeping, grocery shopping, decision making, transportation, and personal support. By offering your compassionate support, you assist individuals to be active in their communities and also accompany individuals on outings and activities. You will support adults to make daily progress toward their goals.

As a DSP, you will work independently with the support of an Admin. Team in our Living Options Program.

Schedule & Compensation

We are actively hiring DSPs to work in multiple locations in Princeton, IN and have the following shifts open:

Sunday 8am-8pm

Monday 2pm-8pm

Thursday 2pm-8pm

Friday 2pm-8pm

$1.00 shift differential for all hours worked between 10:00 pm-7:30 am Monday through Thursday, and all hours worked on the weekend.

Competitive pay starting at $14.00 to $15.00. Benefits include PTO upon hire, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and free Wellness Clinic for the employee, spouse, and their dependents.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• Able to pass a drug screen, driving and background check
