The Case Manager I, Employment Services is responsible for managing multiple supported employment programs designed to transition young adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities into employment. 

The Arc is the largest, most comprehensive provider of services to children and adults with disabilities in San Diego County. We are a diverse team of dedicated individuals who are passionate about serving and empowering children and adults to live their most fulfilling and independent lives.

The pay range for this position is: $25.50 to $26.78 based on years of service.

A typical day will include:

• Developing Individual Support Plans (ISPs) designed to enhance personal growth and independence; providing case management support and oversight for clients
• Scheduling and attending coordinated client service planning meetings
• Assessing effectiveness of authorized hours through service delivery and staff performance

What you’ll need to be successful:

• Have supervisory experience
• A B.A. with coursework applicable to the social services field
• 2 years hands on experience working with people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities
• Understanding and applicable related experience of case management

We’d love it if you:

• Have experience using electronic case management systems (Therap)
• Have experience in referral and funding procedures with the DoR and SDRC
