The Arc of Monroe is Hiring a Director Day Services FT Near Rochester, NY
Assures the overall functioning of assigned services as well as the implementation and ongoing evaluation of services to facilitate activity programming and the creation of new or supportive programs as needed. The Director supervises personnel as assigned by the Senior Director, provides leadership and management of the service, and is responsible for providing a positive work atmosphere that reflects the agency values. Maintains regulatory and Quality Assurance (QA) standards.
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 3 years' experience in developmental disabilities or related field required
- 2 years' experience in a supervisory role
- QDIP Status a plus
- Must have access to timely and reliable transportation to transport self to sites as needed
