*We are seeking a detail oriented individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing payroll for staff and clients through ADP, maintaining payroll records and resolving any payroll discrepencies.
*Set up new staff in ADP and update employee personal and profile date as needed
*Assist staff with self service activities such as direct deposit, pay stbu and data, etc
*Research and respond to tax notices received from taxing authorities
*Knowledge and understanding of payroll deductions including child support and garnishments
*Ability to work in a fast paced environment
*Ability to multi-task while still maintaining efficiency and professionalism
*enter information into general ledger as needed
*prepare and submit to 401K
*maintain spreadsheets
Qualifications:
*Associates degree or equivalency-5 years experience in office procedures. You must have a valid driver's license and maintain a driving recored that will not preclude insurance coverage by the agency's carrier
*3 years ADP experience
