Evergreen Market is seeking a HR Business Partner to help us grow our dynamic cannabis retail business.

The Evergreen Market HR Business Partner will provide a full range of HR business support to our growing retail organization. This position is both tactical and strategic. The HR Business Partner will work closely with the leadership team to advise, drive strategy and influence on issues involving, but not limited to, People Strategy, Policies and Procedures, Talent, Benefits, Compensation, Compliance, Organizational Development, Change leadership, Engagement, Retention, Leader Development, Training, Coaching, DEI, and HR technical solutions. This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer and will have collaborative interaction with the leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a roll up your sleeves attitude, excel in a fast paced, ever changing store environment, and have the ability to flex at a tactical and strategic level throughout the day.
