Essential Functions:

• Conduct work assessments of persons working in MainStreet Marketing Enterprises to determine strengths and needs.
• Provide training on safe use of automated equipment for production.
• Provide training on production tasks, with focus on making sure that individuals sustain skills in completing tasks as trained.
• Observe persons served at work to ensure that most effective and efficient production practices are maintained and address needs when identified.
• Identify needs for accommodations which may include process adaptations, equipment or use of technology supports.
• Work closely with production team on production expectations and support persons who have needs for improvement.
• Cross train workers on multiple functions.
• Support training for community integrated employment.
• Provide detailed reports of progress for team meetings and career profiles.

• Full-time, Monday-Friday 8am-4pm
• Working in our Work Services Program
• $16.50 per hour
• No Weekends

Requirements:
Valid Driver’s License, Able to lift up to 50 pounds
Must be at least 18 years of age
