As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at The Arc Chemung-Schuyler, you will play a crucial role in attending to the daily needs of the individuals we serve.

Your responsibilities will include performing a variety of tasks to teach, encourage, and guide individuals in developing essential daily living skills and habits.

Through your dedication and support, you will empower individuals to achieve their highest level of independence and lead fulfilling lives.

Your work as a DSP will have a direct impact on the well-being and quality of life of those in our care, making every task and interaction meaningful and rewarding.

To excel as a Direct Support Professional at The Arc Chemung-Schuyler, you must possess a valid / clean driver's license (preferred but not required) and demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
