This is a direct-care position in the Residential Group Home Program involving the implementation and documentation of residential services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
This is a safety sensitive position that is directly supervised by a Residential Program Supervisor. Specific duties in accord with above are assigned by the Residential Program Supervisor who utilizes performance in carrying out assigned tasks, overall production, client progress, client record completion, and other incidental but pertinent factors to annually review the holder of this position. Overtime, on occasion is an essential function of the job.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT: Education- High School graduate or equivalent
