LPN
General Description
LPN works directly with the ABI Coordinator, Healthcare Supervisor and Nurse Manager to provide appropriate medical care to residents within the ABI Residential setting. The LPN participates in relevant training opportunities, oversees the health and wellness of individuals in concert with the RN Manager and Healthcare Supervisor. The LPN reports weekly, and as needed, to the Nurse Manager
Minimum Qualifications
LPN licensure in the state of MA
Minimum of two years equivalent work experience with individuals with DD/ID and/or ABI
Knowledge of community system serving adults with ABI
Comprehensive knowledge of nursing care
A safe driving record, current driver’s license, personal vehicle, and current motor vehicle liability insurance required
