Location: Monticello, NY
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 35 hrs/wk, hours are to be determined

Accounts Receivable Bookkeeper Responsibilities:

Submit all weekly and monthly billing in a timely manner which includes Medicaid billing.

The timely and accurate entering of all agencies cash receipts.

Preparing accounts receivable analysis, billing reports, and all other related reports.

Accurately maintaining the people supported financial information.

Prepare and bring deposits to Bank as needed.

Maintain valid licenses (including but not limited to driving, as applicable), certification, or any other credentials that are required or necessary to carry out the responsibilities upon and throughout employment.

Accounts Receivable Bookkeeper Qualifications:

High School Diploma is required and three years Bookkeeping experience preferred.

Computer knowledge is required and the ability to use accounting software to record, store, and analyze financial data.

Ability to efficiently operate a 10-key calculator or equivalent and other related office equipment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.
