As a Manager of Behavioral Health Administration, you will use a holistic approach to create an environment that encourages daily success for people we support.

The Manager of Behavioral Health Administration will support the Senior Director of Behavioral Health with administrative and clinical billing operations for the department and will serve as the lead for all DDA (Developmental Disabilities Administration) and health insurance billing for the Behavioral Health department. The Manager of Behavioral Health Administration must thrive in a fast-paced, growing organization where they will compose executive-level correspondence, communications, presentations, spreadsheets, MOUs, and other agreements and contracts related to Behavioral Health. This position will coordinate projects and manage administrative tasks such as filing, copying, faxing, distributing mail, preparing expense reports, tracking budgets, and other ad-hoc administrative duties.

The ideal candidate for this position will reflect The Arc’s core values, quickly integrate into The Arc, and have strong interpersonal and communications skills. Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED, though a Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred. They must have a minimum of three years’ experience providing administrative and billing support for behavioral health or related services. Experience with LTSS and other billing systems is strongly desired. The salary is $57,500/annually with paid professional development and continued education, as well as a competitive benefits package.
