Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals in their homes or residential facilities
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Implement behavior management techniques to ensure a safe and supportive environment
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients
- Document client progress and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate supervisor
- Maintain a clean and organized living space for clients

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain client confidentiality
- Familiarity with senior care, dementia care, hospice care, or working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus
- Ability to effectively communicate and interact with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- First aid and CPR certification is preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a strong desire to help others
