The Applied Companies is recruiting for a reputable commercial real estate firm specialized in selling, leasing and managing commercial properties across Northern Nevada. Their team is dedicated to accelerating success with their clients and their employees. We are looking for a Client Services Coordinator to join their dynamic team immediately and through July 3^rd as a Temporary fill.

What you will do: This position will manage the full deal process including updating the CRM database, scheduling, and coordinating touch points, listing agreements, extensions, lease and purchase/sale agreements, tour books, social media tiles and posting, and other administrative requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Real estate experience preferred
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service
• Excellent communication verbal & written
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in project management
• Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of Salesforce CRM

Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm, location in Reno
