The Waterford team is hiring Maintenance Technicians to work at one of three locations: The Apartments at Waterford in York, York Hills in York, and Cloister Gardens in Ephrata. Pay rate may vary based on location and your skills and experience.

Minimum Requirements

Knowledge and experience coupled with diagnostic and repair skills for trades such as appliance repair, carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and painting. Be able to perform essential physical qualifications and possess the ability to work long/flexible hours in inclement weather and emergency situations such as snow removal, excessive heat, storms, etc. and participate in the on-call rotation with inconvenience pay included. Must provide your own hand tools, be able to prioritize/schedule work assignments according to the property needs and ensure an outstanding level of customer service. EPA Refrigerant Certification and HVAC service experience preferred for this position.

Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
