Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Plumber Helper. This entry-level position provides an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 1 year of plumbing experience to further develop their skills and gain practical knowledge in the field. The Plumber Helper will assist our experienced plumbers in various plumbing tasks, ensuring efficient and high-quality service for our properties.

Responsibilities:

· Assist plumbers in the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems.

· Carry and organize tools and equipment for plumbers as needed.

· Dig trenches and prepare work areas for plumbing projects.

· Help with pipe cutting, soldering, and fitting.

· Perform basic plumbing repairs under the guidance of experienced plumbers.

· Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas.

· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and practices.

· Provide excellent customer service and always maintain a professional demeanor.

· Follow instructions and guidance from the lead plumber or supervisor.

Requirements:

· Minimum of 1 year of experience as a plumber helper or similar role.

· Basic knowledge of plumbing tools, materials, and techniques.

· Familiarity with plumbing systems, fixtures, and components.

· Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and grow in the plumbing industry.

· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
• Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull 50 pounds regularly.
• Must be able to climb ladders and stairs.
• Must be able to sit, bend, crawl, kneel, and reach.
• Must be able to traverse worksite in different types of weather.
• Must be able to navigate uneven terrain.
